"Blue Cheese Stuffed Chicken w/Buffalo Sauce"
 
  

This is from my March 2010 Cooking Light magazine. I made it yesterday and it is FANTASTIC! The only thing I altered was that I used low fat blue cheese crumbles (couldn't tell a difference at all) and I also used non fat milk and non fat sour cream. So my calories were knocked down a little bit more. You make the sauce which is very easy. I highly recommend this!!

   Oh wow, this looks delicious! And it's a light recipe, too...what a bonus. Thanks for sharing this recipe...I will definitely give this one a try! I love Buffalo chicken wings

I might even throw the sauce into the blender, since I think I would prefer the sauce to be smooth, rather than chunky.

Hi Lisa!

Let me know if you try it. It was SOOOO delicious. You're right it is a light recipe but it has so much flavor! I'm a big buffalo wings (boneless) fan but I know how bad it is for you. I thought this was a pretty great alternative!

   Hey Kelsey,

Made the chicken tonight...it was a hit! Very yummy. I added a little extra hot sauce to the sauce, cuz I looovvve hot sauce, and ran the sauce through my food processor, since I like smooth sauces.

I'm glad you liked it! I added extra hot sauce too. I love hot sauce and spicy.
