"baseball, baby!"
 
   First weekend of All Stars for 12 year old. Lost night one, tied night two, won night three. Now he goes on to JOe Mauer's Wood Bat Tournament.

Such fun! He had two great bunts....and he doesn't telegraph them so at least I was surprised....!

The just learned delayed steals....you know when the pitcher and catcher think the play's over and....BAM! they steal.

Great, laid back coach.

My daughters don't sit with me cuz they chat too much and I tell them to be quiet the whole time....The other two grandsons climb on and off my lap during the games but then I scream in their ear and they wander off. Some big kids told 2 1/2 year old to sit in a puddle so he was running around ball park in a diaper. Sigh.

Now this is a glamorous life!!

   I loved hearing all about the games,etc. Lydia. How wonderful that you take such an interest in it. I was always at our sons soccer and football games, plus most practices. Loved it and I'm not a sports fan normally. Such good memories.

   I loved this time in my son's life. I'm not a sports fan either but loved watching my son in any sport he played in.

My grandson is only 18 months old so I know I have to wait a little but reading your post brings back such awesome memories.

Way to go, GRANIMAL!! LOL
