"I just love my butt!!!"
 
   This morning when I was getting into the shower, I happened to notice that my butt is one part of my body that is not drooping. It's all those walking lunges I do. Made me feel really good so I decided I'd declare today the official, "I Love My Butt" day.

Wish I could say the same..about my butt that is, not yours!

Maybe I should try some of those lunges when I'm out walking..but I'm sure one lunge and I'll be on the ground as my knee will lock up.

Keep it up, it is paying off.

   LOL!! That sounds wonderful! I was looking at my butt today too!...except it looked really large in the sweat pants that I can turned into shorts...so my sweat shorts made my butt look super big. Nothing wrong with a little more....hehe.

   LOL, Good for you.

I can't do lunges. My knees give me trouble whenever I try.

   You could always try laying on your back on the floor...squeezing your butt and your abdomen and lifting yourself off the floor while your feet are planted so that you are keeping your body in a straight line from your knees to your chin......I think it's a yoga move...

   DAMN...JUST SPIT COFFEE ON MY KEYBOARD!!!!!

SEP has a pair of expensive jeans. i was following her down the street a few months ago and i said, "DAMN, YOUR BUTT LOOKS GOOD."

she looked incrdulous. I made her look in a mirror.

I wish I had her waist and midriff.

   LOL..you know SEP, everyone is going to be checking out your butt at the Literacy thing in three weeks in Orlando.

As for me, I have 40 lbs to loose between now and then. Ain't going to happen. I love my stomach. It's right out there where I can see it.
