"DS13 is in Israel for 3 weeks!"
 
DS13 left for Israel on Thursday morning for 3 weeks. His 8th grade class of 15 will travel and visit and have the most amazing time!

And yes, it's a celebration for me, too!

He's the 6th from the right, with the bright blue shirt, and his arm around the cute girl!

I hope he has a great trip! It looks like a fun group.

Greg was very impressed with his basketball knowledge. And that's a huge compliment in Greg's world.

I know he'll have a great time and what a wonderful group of kids. I'm sure he'll have alot of wonderful stories when he gets back. It is great he can go.

My daughter did 3 weeks in Russia (back when there was a Russia) when she was in high school and had a wonderful time.

   Lynne, to my knowledge you never told us how he made out on his trip. So please fill us in. I can imagine it was an experience of a lifetime. How wonderful to have a chance to go there.
