"Honey Moon"

I just finished reading Honey Moon and wanted to say how much I LOVED this book.

I love all of SEP's novels but was hesitating to read this along with Glitter Baby. Now I feel like kicking myself for not reading them sooner. I finished GB a few days ago and thought it was wonderful also but HM just got to me more.

I can't even count how many times I cried. I loved Honey and Dash(which is also my DH name). It broke my heart when he died. I was crying like a baby.

I also fell in love with Eric. He's become one of my fav. heroes. Those hospital scenes with him and those kids were just amazing. He and this book will forever be in my heart.

Thank you so much SEP for writing such wonderful novels.

The only one I have left to read is Just Imagine and I'm starting that ASAP.

I agree,it's a wonderful book ... One of her most touching ones... I loved it but it is the only book whose ending I did not like...
Eric is an ok character but I wanted her to end up with Dash ... It broke my heart when he died, it seemed so unfair ...

I loved both Eric and Dash. I think I was O.K. with the ending because I went into it knowing that Dash gets shot. I was reading some posts here and I happened to read that particular detail. It kind of spoiled it but in a way its better because I think I would have been upset not knowing ahead of time.

I had that problem with Hot Shot. Loved the book but was really disappointed that Sam turned out to be such a jerk. I wanted to kill him in the second half of the book. I went into it thinking he was the hero and it sort of ruined it. I liked Mitch though, so it was O.K. in the end, just sort of surprising.

What I liked more about HM is that both Dash and Eric are good guys, and in a way the book has 2 heros.

I just finished reading this book today & am in absolute awe at how compelling the story was & how it touched the emotions on so many different levels. My gosh, I laughed, I cried, I chewed my nails. SEP is amazing!!

It was so sad when Dash died & I had no idea what was going to happen next.. She did it thought! SEP really did it!

This is my third read, I was first recommended by my mother who's a fan & I really wasn't sure, so glad I read it 'Natural born charmer' I'm now hooked. Just about to start Hot Shot

   I'm reading Honey Moon now...
I've been reading it for the past 2 days nonstop..
and this afternoon I got up to the point where Dash dies..
and oh, it has just completely torn out my heart.
I loved him so much! His and Honey's relationship reminded me a lot of me and D-BF's (who i called up crying while he was at work-as he tried to console me that he isnt going to die *blushes*)
I'm looking forward to seeing how the rest of it turns out...with Eric and all..
Such a touching novel, I love it <3
