"CMI Sneak Peek"

   Okay don't get excited, I wasn't able to magically get the second chapter of CMI, BUT i was able to get a synopsis of it! This is the web address. Check it out!

So...what do you guys think? Meg stopped the wedding from happening and is now stuck-all alone, even-with Teddy!!!!! An angry Ted, but still they're together! She's broke and her car doesn't work! Any thoughts? Comments? Post what you think about it...

   I absolutely love it! I can already smell the quagmires!! I'm a lot like Meg in personality and unfortunately, in manerisms. ...as far as I can tell from the first chapter, and I can't wait to read how the love between two very unlikely people will unfold!

Ehm, Mrs. Phillips are you going to post the second chapter any time soon? Just wondering because I really want to read more. It would be really cool if you could just post an eensy teensy part of it. I'm sure everyone would appreciate it. =) Thanks.

Post another chapter!! ...it's not like we aren't going to NOT buy the book in Jan. anyways. haha. ....what's a little more to ease our suffering and keep us begging for more?

   why the torture? another chapter would just make it more painful. I have learned that with SEP books in particular it should always be all or nothing!

   Editor Carrie, that horrible awful terrible sadistic person, won't let me post the second chapter!!! See what I have to live with?! As for cover... Sigh... We still don't have it. I knew it was going to be a hard cover, but it's been excruciatingly hard. Stay tuned.

   That is amazing for you that it is in hard cover first, but not really amazing for me because it'll cost 25 bucks instead of like eight Hahahaha. And I cannot wait for the paperback to release...so it looks like I need so put back 30 dollars just for this purpose!
- and anyways, the books stay longer in hardcover...rather than my poor paperbacks that'll have to be replaced someday because I read them so much!

   I hate these tasters and previews - I am too impatient and they are such a tease!!! This year is flying past but...hurry up Jan 18!
In my mind, I can see the cover. Mayor Teddy Beaudine is addressing a predominantly female crowd. Most are faceless but on his right is a bride-like Lucy and on his left is Meg, who captures all his attention. You can just glimpse him in profile.

be lucky that most of you live in the US where you'll be able to buy the book immediately, as for me, I'll wait for mine 4-6 weeks to arrive. imagine that torture!
