"I just have to ask..."

what is wrong with me? I have read all of SEP's books at least 2 times (some 3x some even 5x-oh Dean how I adore you and your DG boots!), all but Honey Moon,Hot Shot and Glitter Baby.I liked those a lot, I laughed and cried reading them and in a way I think they're SEP's masterpieces, but I just don't feel like going back and re reading them has anyone else had my problem or am I plane weird? ok I Know I am but still...

I don't think you're weird at all, Geanina!!!

IMO, I think it just comes down to "chemistry." I may really enjoy a book, but my personal keepers always seem to be the ones that have a hero & heroine with whom, for whatever reason, I really connect (aka...chemistry). Kinda like dating...on paper someone may have all the qualities you're looking for, and thus "should" be a good match and perfect for you, but if there is no chemistry, it's not going to happen.

So, while I love, love, love all of SEP's books, my reader chemistry with Heath and Annabelle are the main reason why Match Me is my favorite SEP book (well...Heath & Annabelle and their AMAZINGLY funny and heartfelt story )
