"Jenny 315...Seppie in the Spotlight"
| |
Jen, it's finally your turn to be the # 1 Seppie for a week. I hope you'll have fun answering all the questions we'll have for you. I know we're going to enjoy getting to know you better. So here goes... 1. Describe yourself for us. Ex. height, hair and eye color, your age, where you live, married or single, your job. 2. As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up ? Did it come to pass? 3. Tell us about a happy childhood memory. 4. Were you a "Mommy's Girl" or a "Daddy's Girl" ? Tell us about your relationship ? 5. Tell us one little thing about you that we may not already know. Have a great week, Jenny. Nancy 326 central Florida |

This is exciting for me. It is my first Seppie spotlight. Ask away. 1) I am 32, brown hair and brown eyes. I am 5'7 and I am a gym rat trying to improve on the weight lol. My bday is the Ides of March. I live 30 miles outside of St. Louis, MO. I am single and looking. I am an investigative records technician which means I spend 40 hours a week reviewing military records for background investigations. It is not as exciting as it sounds. It is very monotonous.
2) When I was a kid, I wanted to be an actress or lawyer. Neither happened. The acting thing faded out and law school seemed to be a forever thing. 3). One of my happiest moments was seeing my nephew right after he was born. Same for my niece. They are the center of my world. 4) I really wasn't a mommy's girl or daddy's girl in my opinion. I was kind of in my own world as a child. 5) Something people don't know about me is that I can be a very talkative person. When you first meet me I come across as very quiet and shy. Once I get to know someone you can't shut me up. Jenny Missouri

Hey, I hope you enjoy the "glare" of the spotlight! My Q's are: 1. What kind of car do you drive (or what other mode of transport do you use) and what do you think it says about you? 2. What is your coping mechanism when you are stressed? 3. What has been the defining event in your life (i.e. job decision, getting married, a birth/death, a life crisis etc), and how have you benefited from it? 4. What's your signature dish? 5. What is the one cosmetic product you can't live without? ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ My blog, all about me, a lot of whining and some David Beckham worship - http://poptartnz.blogspot.com Follow me on Twitter http://twitter.com/poptartnz |

1) I dive a 2005 Saturn Ion Quad Coupe. 2) Eating used to be how I dealt with stress. Very unhealthy. Now, I exercise. Getting those endorphins pumping helps me deal. 3) Many events have defined my life but the first and biggest would be when my mom had a stroke when I was 5 years old. It changed my life. My sis was 2 and my brother was 6 months old. I came home from kindergarten and found her. She was 29. She spent 4 months in the hospital. She had to relearn everything from walking, talking, driving, everything. My dad was working different shifts as a cop so he was mom and dad with a lot of help from his parents. I felt like I had to be the grown up. I'd do laundry, make our lunches, ironing, etc. I'm still in that role where I feel like I have to take care of everyone. I put everyone else ahead of me and I'm fine with that. I don't know who to be otherwise. 4) my signature dish would be spaghetti pie. My gram always made it for me for my birthday dinner. 5) I can't like without my aveno moisturizer. Jenny |

Hey Hali, 1) I love road trips. My favorite part is stopping at the different rest stops and truck stops. I'm a people watcher. The farthest I've driven was from St. Louis to Indianapolis. 2) I love plants only if I don't have to remember to water them. I forget a lot so I have those globes that you fill with water and don't have to refill for weeks. 3) I quit drinking soda 11 years ago. The only coffee I drink is Starbucks decaf skinny vanilla latte. Jenny

Hi Ann, 1) My first crush was in grade school was named Joe. We were in the same class and he was so cute. I was real shy so I admired him from afar. lol 2) Most embarrassing moment would be when I was in 8th grade and we went on a field trip that consisted of going to the ice cream shop down the street. We were all walking down the street and I ran face first into the concrete street light. 3) I would love to go on a big family vacation again like the ones we took as kids. We would rent a big house on the beach in Virginia and spend the days just chilling on the beach. 4) the best part of the day for me is when I am done at the gym. I come home take a nice long shower and curl up with a book. Jenny |

Hi there Jenny - it's interesting getting to know you. Enjoy the spotlight. Here are my usual questions. Looking forward to your responses.* Pick (maximum 10) real people, alive or dead, to invite to dinner. * Now make it 10 fictional characters to invite. * If it was your last day on earth, what would your last supper be? * Do you believe in ghosts or angels? Any experience? * Which Disney character can you really relate to and why? * What is on your 'bucket list' ? Efy (Sydney)

Morning Efy, 1) I'd invite Painter Jack Vettriano, Van Gogh, Thomas Jefferson, Jessica Anderson, Susan Elizabeth Phillips, Suzanne Brockman, Cindy Gerard, Jayne Ann Krentz, Julioe Garwood and Robyn Carr. Eclectic group I know. 2) fictional would be Heath Champion, Kevin Tucker, Cal Bonner, Jim Nash, Lawrence Decker, Cosmo Richter, Mike Muldoon, Sam Starrett, Stan Wolchnock and Ken Karmody. Do we see a theme here lol. 3) My last supper would be mint chocolate chip ice cream. 4) I do believe in ghosts and angels. Ever since both of my grandmothers passed a few years ago, there are times when I walk into my bedroom or or any other room and I can smell the perfume they wore. I feel like they take turns watching over me. 5) I relate to Jimminey Crickett. I tend to try and sound like the voice of reason. 6) my bucket list. Well, I've done a few things on it already. What is left would be running a full marathon and I'm not sure. I am the type of person who when they decide to do something just goes out and does it. What I've accomplished is spending a month traveling through England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. I got a tattoo, I saw several Broadway shows and I am training for a half marathon right now. I figure why wait if I can do it now. Jenny |

I new that this little boy was relying on us to care for him. 4) I wish I could close my eyes and transport myself anywhere in the world. I could go to exotic places on my weekends and not pay those airline baggage charges. lol. Jenny |

Good evening Patricia, 1) I would say Molly. She is very impulsive. I can identify with her hair issues too. I went purple once and it didn't turn out like I thought lol. 2) my best friend would be Annabelle because she is such a down to earth sweet person who is a good listener and there when her friends need her. Even dressing up as a fairy godmother. 3) I'd have gerber daisies of all colors on my desk. They are bright, fun and pretty. Thanks, Jenny |

Morning Dawn, 1) I love taking my niece and nephew to the bookstore of course. My favorite story would be one the first times I took Matty to Barnes and Noble. He had to go to the bathroom and I had to take him. He closes and locks the door (he was 4yrs old at time) he tells me to come in cuz he is in tigers pose. I wonder what is tiger pose is and walk in to see him bent over with hands on ground so I can wipe him. Gross but funny. 2) my cat ginger is like 19 years old and she unchucks a lot. I know a theme of gross favorite stories emerge. Well, I hear what sounds like an old man talking in Chinese. I run out of my room to find my cat tossing her cookies so to speak. 3) my favorite SEP scene would probably the cereal killer scene with Cal and when he has to climb up the outside to get in the house because he was locked out of the house. 4) my favorite Lorelie James character right now is Colt. I loved the scene where India accidently shoots him in the butt with the nail gun. I couldn't pick my favorite sex scene. Too many good ones to choose from. Jenny |
