"Non-Sequitur (Feb 7)"
| |
The old thread is back for a new year. Non-sequitur!! The rules: 1. You cannot reply to a post, you cannot use the same topic as the previous post. 2. Posts cannot relate to each other. 3. No more than five (5) posts in a row. 4. Non-sequitur means non sequential, cannot follow, must be out of order or context etc etc. Meaning, don't make your post refer to the post in front of it OR have the same or a very simular topic as the previous post. 5. There were some other rules, but I can't find the original info right now. Non-Seq is for all of those random little thoughts, observations and contemplations. So happy posting! |

I miss this little thread, mainly due to the fact I have so many random (boring) little comments and nowhere else to post them! |

My family are evil. And conspiring against me. I won a year supply of Tim Tams (the BEST choc cookies in the world). They were delivered while I was on holidays overseas last November. They shared out the boxes amongst themselves and never let on...Tonight, one of my nephews let slip. EVIL, I say!!!! Efy (Sydney)

How can I still be re-reading favorite books (now: Sweet Liar) and so enjoying them when my TBR piles are overflowing and there's a flock of new books already out with yet even more to come? Sheer perverseness or just cozy comfort reads under warm quilts for blustery winter weather? |

I'm going to meet the cutest, sweetest, and most adorable wee man tonight afterwork. His name is Jed and he's my parents new puppy! He's so freaking adorable (I've only seen photos). Can't wait. ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ My blog, all about me, a lot of whining and some David Beckham worship - http://poptartnz.blogspot.com Follow me on Twitter http://twitter.com/poptartnz |

SNOWPOCALYPSE! SNOWMAGGEDON! And it's all my fault because I pooh-poohed the last foot and a half snow storm, so this one is getting even with me. All the major highways including the interstates, turnpikes, etc. have been closed. And there's even at least a foot of snow on each of the tree limbs. Yipes. What I wanna know is...what the heck happened to global warming??!! |

A HUGE blessing: Our neighbor just plowed us out--without asking. They just did it because they know my DS has mega-migraines during bad weather like this. My tears are just streaming at how kind they are and blessed we are to know and be friends with them. |
