Only 28 days until MAD, BAD AND BLONDE comes out! To celebrate I'm kicking off 28 days of songs from the playlist I used to write the book. I'm posting them and a link to the song on my Facebook pg but I know a lot of SEPPIEs aren't on FB so will post here as well but just the song title and a bit. First up is REM's "Everybody Hurts" which I used for the opening of the bk when Faith is left at the altar.

Ok I didn't plan enough to decide if I should do a new subject post each day or keep posting here...let me know what works for you guys ok? Day 2 playlist song is Pink's "So What?" I chose this one for the attitude it displays. In my bk Faith is determined not to let her Italian honeymoon go to waste and I though this song sort of displayed that kind of attitude. Cathie

The Girls bks can be read by themselves but if you want to read them in order it goes chronologically as listed on my website so it would be GOOD GIRLS DO BAD GIRLS DON'T BIG GIRLS DON'T CRY SMART GIRLS THINK TWICE
The new bk MAD, BAD AND BLONDE is first bk in a new 2 bk series - the second one LUCK BE A LADY comes out this October.

About five years ago I read three of your books that I enjoyed. They're probably a trilogy: Too Sexy for Marriage, Too Stubborn to Marry, and Too Smart for Marriage.

Lilith, yes that was a trilogy (the fairy godmother series) that I did for Love and Laughter. I also did a seriesof 10bks in the Men of Honor series for Silhouette Romance featuring US Marine heroes. Cathie

Next song is EVERYBODY'S BROKEN by Bon Jovi from their Lost Highway CD.I actually played this CD for the next couple of chapters. Here's a link to youtube video where Bon Jovi talks about this song

I've been slacking on the playlist. I will be sitting down tonight to add the rest to my MP3 player. Cathie this is such a fun idea. So when I read the book this playlist will be running in my head. I will likely associated those songs with your book every time I hear them on the radio.

Today's song is 'From Where You Are" by Lifehouse. I love a lot of their music and play several songs for the next bk (coming out this fall) as well. Here's a link - it has video from Titanic for the song altho I don't think it was in the movie.
