I finished the wonderful Libertine's Kiss by Judith James this morning and this book is so good that I've been thinking about it all day long. The characters are so wonderful, they feel real and truly broke my heart at some points. Plus the story is set at the end of the Civil War and the beginning of the Restoration era, a period we don't find often in romance novels. Even though I love Regencies, it's a nice change. And Judith James definitely does not write paperwall historicals, the period really came alive in this one. I loved this book!
Next up will be either Judith James' Highland Rebel or Rose Lerner's In for a Penny (finally found it in ebook!)
