"Jane Feather- Is she a real person?"

I love her books. They are historicals in which I always learn something. But they are from periods other than the usual Regency. I just read a trilogy about three sisters in the Edwardian period- 1908, I think. They are matchmakers and suffragettes who are editing a tabloid newspaper anonymously. The suffragette song from Mary Poppins keeps running thru my head. They are called The Bridal List, The Wedding Hunt or something like that and I can't remember the third one which is actually the first. But they all came out this year. She has another series around the time of the Cromwellian Civil War that all have "bride" in the titles.
But I've never seen a picture of her and her bio in her books says she was born in Cairo and lives in the New Forest in England. So SEP, is she real?

Ok- it's Bachelor List, Bridal Hunt, and Wedding Game. The Brides are The Hostage Bride, The Accidental Bride and the Least Likely Bride.

Bed time, obviously

I've found this site to be a good reference for author pseudonyms: http://www.myunicorn.com/pseudos.html

Looks like Jane Feather is also listed as Claudia Bishop and Dzhein Feizer. I haven't seen a picture of her but you can look all her books under these names too.

I've read the Accidental Bride series one when it was new. I liked the first two but absolutely HATED the last one in the series. Swore never to read her bks again and haven't.
